I'm moving in with roommates I haven't met yet!?

Question

I know all about them, and feel comfortable with the situation, but how do I act when moving into someone else's living space? I want to be able to use it feely as my own, but I don't want to come in like an invader. I will have my own room and bathroom in a 3 bed/3.5 bath condo. It's 3 levels and everyone has their own room and bath on a dif level. We share the common areas on the middle floor. I would like to meet them, but they are both so busy that we haven't been able to meet. what do you think?

I'm surprised that you're moving in without having ever met your roommates. You should really meet them first to gauge their lifestyles and interests to see if you'll be a compatible fit.

Do they have email??Email them and then again If they dont you all can create a message board ( like a cork board or white erase board) for the condo in which you leave notes for each other, Maybe you can ask them when is a good time for you to all meet up and spend time together just to get to know one another then you can see how they feel and learn their expectations as room mates, any house rules that you need to know. I would begin by being very cautious while you peg their personalities and living strategies. Avoid doing anything messy or loud for the first week or so, and as you get to know them and the way they live, adjust the way you live to be compatible. Generally, just tread softly until you feel comfortable.

Just start watching the real world, to see what u have coming to ya!!! You really should try to communicate with them first make sure you feel safe around them. Becareful and cautious

We all have our own little quirks, no different then college dorms, military school and beginning of life roomies. You will be fine.
