What are all the signs and symptoms of testicular cancer? How can you tell a normal testicle from one that has cancer. I feel bumps on my testicle but i understand there are certain other structures on the testicle.

I had testicular cancer. My testicle was sore and swollen, but a bump/lump that is not painful could also be cancer. More than likely it's not, but you need to be safe rather than sorry. If you catch testicular cancer early enough, all they do is remove the testicle and you may not even need any chemo or radiation. That's what happened to me. However, if you let it go and the cancer spreads, it gets more and more difficult to cure. In the early stages, it is the most easy cancer to cure there is - like over 98% success rate.

Go see your family doctor. He will probably have you get an ultrasound. Whatever you do, don't sit there and do nothing about it.

Go to a doctor. It's too much of a risk not to go. Testicular cancer is easy to cure in the early stages

You'll need to see a urologist, however note that you can develop small bumps that are really calcium deposits. If you find a bump that shouldn't be there it doesn't mean cancer, just might be a calcium deposit.

Get it checked anyway, of course, but don't freak just yet.

First, why the hell are you touching your testicle. When a woman sucks it, it will go away!
