Diet and exercise. There's no other way. Just watch what you eat, eat every 3 hours, drink plenty of water and exercise at least 3 times a week. Nothing to it. You can do it. If you're a morning person then try to walk before breakfast for 30 min. Eat something very small before though.

If you are asking for some way to "make" you motivated then you are not ready to diet. The motivation is YOU. For a diet to be successful you have to learn to change your eating habits and the changes have to be permanent. You also have to find out the reasons why you overeat - what are your triggers. Let a doctor or good nutrionist help you and good luck.

the ONLY way to lose weight is to expend more calories than what you take in. you do this by taking in less calories or expending more energy (exercise). for best results do a combination of both. once you start to notice results you will be a little more willing to suffer. i find that i eat less if i tape a picture of a super hot barely clothed girl on my refridgerator door.

Eating small portions throughout the day will help instead of eating big meals at one time. As for motivation you just gotta make whatever exercise you do interesting and make yourself do it.
