It depends a lot on the situation. Are your parents home that night? How old are you? Will your girlfriend come into contact with your parents? I think the safest answer would be no, especially if your parents explicitly told you that you couldn't have your girlfirend spend the night.

You are under their house, you are under their rules. When you move out and have your own place, invite your gf over for the night, but not before. Especially when they have specifically said not to
