If she is already pregnant you are a bit late in asking this question. You seriously need to take her to a vet for a prenatal exam and have a nice long discussion with your vet about this. Make sure you ask all about labor and what to expect, what is an emergency and what your vet does in emergency cases - do they send you to the emergency clinic, do they do their own emergencies. Also, you need to know if you can call and talk to someone (even a tech or knowledgable assistant) during business hours if she is whelping and you have questions. You might want to find out what a C-section would cost in case of an emergency too, and make sure you can afford it.
Get a good book on whelping and read it before she goes into labor. Talk to experienced breeders and get their advice - ask for horror stories too, so you know all the possibilities of what can go wrong.
And, the best advice of all... if she is having babies and something isn't right... CALL YOUR VET FIRST - don't waste your time here on yahoo answers!!!

Buy "The book of the B1tch".
It should tell you everything you need to know.
As others have said, make contact with your vet - hope you are financially prepared in case she needs emergency treatment.
Hope you have good homes lined up, there are far to many Staffies being bred from & far too many in rescue.

in all honesty, if you don't know, then you have no business breeding. I suggest you speak with your vet and get a book on breeding staffies PDQ.

leave out more water and a little bit more food animals are instinctive with these things she will be fine dont worry about it she knows what to do
