You need to take him to a vet ASAP> dogs can get lock jaw, tetanus and other disease and things .dont wait need to act now

If they're locked round a part of you or another person, poke him in the eye with a sharp stick (the dog, not the other person). Otherwise, get him to a vet quickly (the dog, not the other person).
