I'm sure you'll lose AT LEAST ten pounds. What you are gonna do is called raw veganism.I know a lot of people who lose weight easily while going raw,and you can eat pretty much as many fruits and veggies you want. But only drink water, because fruit juice has alot of calories.

MYTH: "Vegetarians get little protein."

FACT: Plant foods offer abundant protein. Vegetables are around 23% protein on average, beans 28%, grains 13%, and even fruit has 5.5%. For comparison, human breast milk is only 5% (designed for the time in our lives when our protein needs are as high as they'll ever be). The US Recommended Daily Allowance is 8%, and the World Health Organization recommends 4.5%.

MYTH: "Beans are a good source of protein."

FACT: There is no such thing as a special "source of protein" because all foods -- even plants -- have plentiful protein. You might as well say "Food is a good source of protein". In any event, beans (28%) don't average much more protein per calorie than common vegetables (23%).

You would lose some but you would not keep it up. Trust me. Your body needs food to fuel itself. Try it and you will see exactly what I mean. Do all of those and eat while just adding fruit and veggies plus the water to your diet and you will be fine. I lost 15 pounds in a month just doing pilates and yoga for a few hours a day, mostly at night or night and early morning before my son woke up. I still have not gained one pound back, I had to slow down because I started to look too thin. Now I am 5'2 at 115, healthy and toned. I ate pizza girl and everything else lol give or take a few fruits n veggies. Water is really good too especially with lime not lemons, like really good trust me. good luck with everything, you can do it!!

if u only eat raw veggies and fruits meaning u dont cook them or put any condiments on them u only eat them the way they came out of the ground, then u will lose a lot of weight. u shouldnt exercise too much unless u want to gain muscle. i did it and it is great. the other benefits of it is it clears up your skin sooo much and u look soo much healthier.

its the amount of fruit and veg. if you eat moderatly you should lose but in excess you can still gain or stay the same. dont over exercise or you could gain muscle before losing. read tips on weight loss, vegetarian diets and exercise programs to help you more on this site

First, 105 is too small for your height. Secondly, you will lose WATER WEIGHT and muscle mass, not fat. You need protien to keep your muscle healthy, and from what I suspect you're considering, you won't get a good balance...not enough protien and your body will start living off your muscle, and STORING fat for later, because it thinks you're starving.

You don't need to lose weight. But you're gonna faint if you just eat veggies and fruits. You need carbs and protein.

I wouldn't suggest cutting out other things because your body might go crazy! You can eat more fruits and veggies than normal though.

Well, Loosing weight depends on your exercise and how much water you drink.
Anyway, you wont gain much weight and i can say you'll loose weight. (cant say "a lot")
But you have to take carbs such as bread, or rice at least a little.
