If you use clumping/scoopable litter, then you need to take him to the vet ASAP... Clumping litter can do just that (clump) inside his stomach/intestines - which, if left untreated can and will kill him. If you use clay litter, then you need to call and schedule an appointment with your vet to have him checked out. Something is not right with your cat and you need to find out what it is so that you can treat it.

Take your cat to the vet. Take out the kitty litter an put in food so it doesn't get sick. My neighbors cat had the same problem and it was because it ate something wrong. Thats what the vet said to do.

None of that is normal. Your cat could have worms, or a number of other things. Take him to the vet.

Good luck!
