You are angry either because you don't have the right vitamins in your body or you don't have a good relationship with Jesus Christ.
So, start eating more of fresh fruits and vegetables, and ask Jesus Christ to fill you with His Love, because God is Love.

Like other emotions of our life anger is also a part of it. Being too much angry means we are going to harm our health, energy and efficiency for work. Bursting out of anger effects in all the way to the individual himself. So it must be controlled. When ever you feel that it is likely to happen try to drink a glass of cool water. Concentrate on some thing else. Try to do some meditation daily in the morning and start thinking that you are winning this bad emotion.

There are different types of anger some anger i based on the fact that you hate your life and you take it out on others the other kind is the good kind it means your aggressive and fed up with the world and your current situation. Like all flaws you must not try to change it you must use your anger harness it into positive energy
change your life with anger dont be mean to people use your anger towards success. Really I get obsessed with things and i learned how to use it to better myself use your anger and turn it into positive energy.

Are you depressed, holding a secret, letting people take advantage of you. or just plain angry at everything?
Go see a counselor and perhaps medication could be prescribed.

I think that journaling is very healing.
Another thing to remember is that when you let someone make you mad, that you are letting them "win" control over your actions and emotions. I am a stubborn person and refuse to let others win. lol
