You can use sea salt and lemon juice with a loofa, or a good body scrub will help get it off.

Just take salt ware baths more often, it should come off naturally in a couple of weeks.

DO NOT ever use spray tan again, it can cause serious liver problems, although research is inconclusive, it's best to be warned.

The best thing to do, in my opinion, would be to exfoliate the hell out of your skin. Don't hurt yourself, but do as much as you can tolerate. Each time you exfoliate, more skin comes off. It is not a lot of skin, but enough to make the tanning stuff go away, Only exfoliate like once a day, but do it for a while so it opens up all the pores and allows the tanning stuff to expel itself.

I do belive their is a product that I read in a magaizine called tan remover its like 9.00 dollars ,but if you can't afford that get a loofa and some makeup remover and scrub yourself vigriously.

take a bleach peroxide bathe and soak ad scrub gently with a loofa

take a warm showerwith lemon juice and btw its much better to get a suntan
