Go to the bathroom, then put on a pot of coffee, brush my teeth and wash my face, then enjoy my coffee. All in that order every single morning 7 days a week. I can't function until I have my coffee.

I always think about calling out of work...waking up at 4:30 every day is way too early. & then having to go to school and to my other job doesn't help either...the life of a student paying off loans is very tough...

Your body, when you wake up, have used up much of the energy stored in food. You would feel tired and go back to sleep to conserve energy. Or if your body did not use that much energy, you would wake up and move.

i dont know but every morinign when i wake up... i think to myself "do i smell bacon" and that usually gets me up then i wash my face brush teeth shower eat then get ready for school or whatever i have plans...
