WOW!!!!! Who really knows??? Did you get her pregnant before you left??? That would be pretty special.....Is there anything you told her about before you left? Maybe when you come home...she'll be dressed up super sexy style in some fatigues or something. It is hard to say what it will be. If I were you I would not lose any sleep over it.
I am sure that as long as you guys are together when you get home, that will be enough of a gift.
