Lowfat spinach dip:

1 cup lite sour cream
1 cup lite mayo
1 (10 oz) package of frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 can diced water chestnuts
1 envelope vegetable soup mix (I use Lipton or Knorr)
Chopped artichoke hearts (from a jar)
Chopped scallions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill for 1 hr in the fridge. I make this dip all the time - it is great with chips, veggies, crackers, bread...

ANY recipe you find you can simply alter by using fat free or low fat ingredients.

There are many low fat cream cheeses, sour creams, mayos & cheeses to choose from.
