of course you can, your sex drive may be diminished but your parts are still there.

Physically there should be no reason that having both ovaries removed would prevent a woman from having or enjoying sex. However, the question itself is interesting
If someone has said this to you, or lead you to believe that sex after the removal of ovaries would be difficult, impossible or painful then I hope that the following is helpful.
Someone who has had cancer (of any kind) and is recovering or still going through treatment is exhausted, sore and dealing with so many things mentally and emotionally. Depression is not unusual for people who are dealing with cancer and especially for women who have lost breasts or ovaries which so many women identify as their 'femininity'.
There may be an issue of hormone replacement which could complicate sex issues (regarding desire, frequency & comfort).
There is certainly a period of time after any surgery (depending on the type of surgery) as long as X months before sex can be resumed.
The idea is, if someone said "I can't ever have sex with you again because I had my ovaries removed." You need to ask more questions, this person is either misinformed, depressed or has another reason for discontinuing intimate relations. She needs to talk to a doctor, you need to be supportive and let her know you want her as much now as you did before the cancer and the operation - she is just as feminine and desirable as ever but you are willing to wait until she is ready, and maybe you both need to talk to a counselor, cancer affects couples and families and everybody needs support.
Hope it helps!

Sex has nothing to do with your ovaries. The are used for making babies.

Yes, but sex drive will diminish without ovarian estrogen.
Check with your doc about supplements.

Yes. You should still use a condom to help prevent STD's.
