My brother is allergic to yeast. He needs to know what not to eat. Does cake, brownies, or pie crust contain yeast?

No. Cake and brownies are in the 'quick bread' category - that is, they rise from baking soda or baking power. Pie crust has no leavening at all in it - it doesn't need to rise. Bread is about the only baked good with yeast in it. If you don't see yeast specifically on the label it shouldn't contain it. Self rising flour does not contain yeast.

No. It has baking soda and baking powder in it. Pie crust typically does not have a leavening agent of any kind in it.

ETA: I have food allergies as well, and I have learned it is very important to always read labels. I once nearly bought a can of "100% tomato juice" and read the label in the checkout line. It had lemon oil in it! I am highly allergic to lemons and go into anaphylactic shock if I ingest them. It could have killed me. I now read the label even if it is something I've purchased before in the past. Manufacturers change their formulas all the time.
