I am so paranoid about my new girlfriend either cheating on me and guys hitting on her. Shes a very good looking cheerleader. Of course shes going to get looked at. But she promises she wont cheat or hurt me. Its just my thoughts gets the best of me, makes me depressed. And it sucks. I am not the type to keep asking her where she is and who sha can't hang out with. But i am the type to worry so much over stuff thats prply never going to happen. How do i stop these thoughts? And how can i stop thinking negative!

Ok - get a grip.
Do some serious thinking about self-esteem issues.
Do you not feel "worthy" of female attention? good looking female?
What are you afraid of most? That she'll wake up and leave you?
Write down crazy thought you have about this situaiton.
It's important that you understand exactly what about this relationship or woman is making you insexure or uncomfortable?
Do you have a history of failed relationships? Cheating? Cheated on?
Is she more active than you? Does she do more and have more of a social life than you? If so, you need to find things that will occupy your mind.
What are your personal hopes and dreams? Why aren't you pursuing them now, on Sunday afternoon?
When you get into a relationship you can't lose sight of yourself and your dreams. You can't expect this relationship to be all things. You were fine before you met her and will be fine when she leaves (if you keep up the paranoia)!
Do something positive for yourself. Take a walk, get a drink of water, pet a dog, call an old friend, get some emotional support.
If you believe in herbal support/ flower essences - Bach Rescue remedy (vitaminshoppe) is a good one for crises. Valerian root and shankpushpi will also calm you down. Exercise is also a great one.
Best of luck!
