There is unity among Jehovah's Witnesses. You can go to any meeting of Jehovah's Witnesses earthwide and we all believe the same thing.
We are unified in showing love for our brothers; we will not go to war and kill our brother.
This love is what Jesus said would identify his disciples.
John 13:35, "By this all will know that you are my disciples, if you have love among yourselves." Who else can claim that if they are going to war and killing their brother?

The fault of many of the faithful is that they tend to worship their religion, not God. I'm sure you've seen examples.

" I'm a Catholic, those Protestant people have it all wrong " ( for example )

They are too proud of the particular ceremony they use in which to worship God, that they can't allow themselves to be associated with a different religious song-and-dance.

Best wishes.

Short answer, because man cannot see past his own imperfect mind.
We have direction from our Deity to love one another. Yet our own selfishness and greed lead us to exclude those who do not think as we do, or act as we do. And should they act up, we destroy instead of forgive and respect their differences.
