See a dermatologist, he/she will remove them safely and also check them for skin cancer which is very common on the face because the sun hits it all the time.

Don't listen to the above answer - it has nothing to do with cleaning your face. When it comes to moles, you have to be very, very careful. If you notice an increase in new moles or the texture of an existing mole changing, go to the doctor's immediately and have them take a look at it. Not to get you scared but moles can very easily turn into melanoma skin cancer. Keep an eye on all moles on your body and monitor for any changes. If a mole is big enough you can ask the doctor to take it off for you. This is done a couple of different ways. One way is to tie it in a loop with something like fishing line and then quickly pull both ends quickly resulting in the mole being sliced off. This is done of course after an local is given (usually lidocaine injection) so it doesn't hurt at all.
Another method is by simply burning if off with some tool. Again, this is done after a local is given. Then the specimen is usually sent off to a lab to have checked for cancer.
Unfortunately, if the moles on your face are flat (which they usually are) there is not much that can be done. You may want to schedule a visit with a cosmetic surgeon to see if there are any options there.
Hope this helps!

If they are very big, you will need to get them surgically removed. Sorry- it's the only way.
If they are smaller, you can do what I've done before- go to the doctor's office and your doctor can freeze them off with liquid nitrogen. They simply apply it to the mole, and it effectively kills the blood endings so that the moles 'fall off' later or at least shrink in size and color.
Good luck!

Skin moles are hyper-pigmentation on skin. They can be eliminated with surgical treatment, as well as using numerous home cures.
Surgical procedure is expensive, costing anywhere from $100 to $400 and it can easily leave behind skin damage. Home made remedies are usually low cost and may get rid of unnattractive moles within only a few days without leaving scar problems.
Do-it-yourself solutions include things like onion, tea tree oil, or maybe fresh pineapple juice applied for a short time.

Wart remover is a type of acid. Warts and moles are quite different and you should NEVER use wart remover on moles.

You can get rid of them by going to the doctors. They have to put a needle through them and they will cut them off. It will hurt. I did it.
