I graduated with Master degree in Minerals Processing Eng. about 6 months ago, and I’m working for a Consulting Engineers Co. in Iran with 300-400 US $ monthly salary now. But I don’t know what I should do for my future, I’d like to immigrate to another country like Canada or Australia for finding better job opportunity, or participating in PhD programs but I doubt about that, and I don’t know does it improve my life conditions.

Try using the intellect you have to rationalise the solution to an obvious question. Act don't ponder. The success of every venture is dependant on the desire for the result.

Asking for advice on Yahoo is a real stupid way to determine the best course of action.

How is you life today. What are your personal goals in life. If it is purely a matter of the amount of salary you should expect for your labours then emigrate but beware the hidden costs and inequalities that may exist in your chosen destination. You may consider the education you received to be first rate but others may disagree.

I know of a Doctor of psychology who drives a Taxi!!!!

I think it's about what drives you the most. You have reached for it with the education. Now I say it...it's up to you and what dreams you want and choose to follow.
It sounds like maybe you need to do some research at some job placement companies and see what they recommend.
good luck to you!
