Only that you may think that you're doing what you're supposed to be doing, day in and day out, only to discover that isn't what you SHOULD be doing to fulfill your own happiness. You're on the right track meaning you're doing what needs to be done but not necessarily what you WANT to do.

It's the fear of people at twenties, and the disaster of people at forties and fifties.. I am 24 and I dread that I might ever reach my 40's only to realize that all that time was really wasted on not-importants, and that I am not what I really should have, would like, to be because of some short-sighted decisions. I wake up and sleep to this question.. am I on the right track? or the right train? sometimes it looks like everything is perfect and on the right track, but later you realize that it was only right because you accpted to live on the wrong train... in a kind of life that you could have chosen a much better than it

That's some interesting quote,
It can mean that you might not reach your track's goal in time or at all in your lifetime
It can also mean that your heading in the right way, but you don't have the right "crew" (people along your side)
As well as you followed your goal in your life, but you didn't had what it took to reach it

And I'm sure the meanings are plenty, but if you have a context it should be obvious

It's a juxtapostion on reflection. It's also very funny! I thought of something similar... Have you ever made a wrong turn going down the right path?

I like the quote!

I believe that the quote means that you can think that you are livinbg the way that you should live, but in reality you are living the wrong way if not the total opposite.
