What is wrong (and right) with my diet coaching web site (http://www.enjoyablediet.com)?

Are the explanations and directions easy to follow/understand? What could be improved on and how? There is plenty of room for respectful replies. Thank you.

I have'nt the time to read it all but my first impressions are:

You have a blue text at the top of the pages why not use the blue text for the sub headings also.
I would also use a different font..I suggest Georgia as it would improve the look.

I think the clipart your using does'nt do anything for your site, take a look at one of my sites and what clipart can do!

Other than that well done you have obviously worked very hard on it.
