I basically want to go to the party district of England. Does anyone know where it is so I can just order hotel tickets close to there or even right there on the strip?

London. Then Liverpool, Manchester and Newcastle.

The Thameside Inn on the Thames is OK for food, good for a view of the river and St Paul's Cathedral http://www.beerintheevening.com/pubs/s/43/432/Old_Thameside_Inn/London_Bridge

For a good night out - cocktails, live music, a mix of friendly locals and foreign workers - http://www.cubana.co.uk/

well matey, if you've got a shedfull of money to spend - head straight for London - everything that you could possibly want (and more) is there.

But all the major cities have plenty of clubs - but I suggest that you steer clear of some of the more disreputable areas as you will just get mugged!
