Ive got bored with bothering and he's going in the boiler;he'll only stink for a while.then I think a cat would be nice. what d'yer think?

I didn't get that, but if you are trying to kill your dog you can be punished for animal abuse. If you are fed up with him, pound him. Animals are not to be killed because they cannot be trained.
