My 20 year old friend is dating my 19 year old friends dad and now she's pregnant! My 19 y/o friend is mad!

How do I help her get through this? I myself am pregnant as well and my 19 year old friend is happy for me and so angry with my other friend! Personally I think it's nasty for a 20 year old to be with a 51 year old man. What makes it worse is the 20 year old was a lesbian until she met that old man.
