Well, pretty much everything they told ya in health class.
You're gonna want to load up on veggies and fruits, and avoid foods with "empty calories." Something with empty calories is a food that has little nutritional value. For example, a donut...little nutritional value, and lots of calories. Also, don't drink anything except water.
You really don't need a list of meals and the days of the week. If you get hungry...eat. Just make sure a majority of that is veggies. Also make sure a good portion of that is green leafy veggies and grains, to help keep your metabolism up. Eating many small meals throughout the day helps with this as well. It's known as "grazing" and keeps everything functioning more productively. Three meals a day is really too little, and it gets much worse if you try to skip meals (body will automatically try to store any and everything it can) .
Whatever you do don't completely take out protein from your diet. With your training, you need the amino acids. You don't need great amounts though, and some foods are better than others. For example beans are better for ya than a steak. Also keep an eye on portions, for example three ounces of steak are a serving. That's about the size of a deck of playing cards.
I have to be honest with ya though, being this close to the tourney there is nothing you can do that is safe to lose that weight in that time. And for the sake of your body and those who care about you, don't try anything stupid that someone may try to recommend here. It simply is not worth it.
Take it easy and stay safe.

eat more meals (same total quantity) but smaller portions, stay away from fats. Don't eat late at night but rather early in the day and morning you will burn more calories that way.
Water weight is easy to lose the few days before a match so just stay consistent. Don't starve yourself on fruits and berries although important to a diet you will still need bread and meat to keep you strength. Try smoothies with slim down and lots of fluids.

eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and drink LOTS of water. study a food pyramid (whicvh is almost the opposite of what it was) and make sure you get enough from each food group. study portion size. most people don't realize what a portion is and eat too much at once. chicken and fish are better meats, also turkey, but you can have red meat once or twice a week. males lose weight much faster adn easier than women so you shouldn't have a hard time. I lost 100 pounds following these guidlines. Good luck!

read labels on pkgd stuff, high fiber, low sugar, low fat are best
go for plain oatmeal, hugely nutritious. also any uncooked fruit/veggie is great, high fiber in all those, plus natural vitamins. the more it's been processed, the worse it is for your health. go natural, but don't assume everything in the produce section is natural, a lot of that plastic-bag stuff has added sugar, oils, preservatives and crap. look for lean meats and keep the junk to a minimum. also WATER IS YOUR BEST FRIEND. when to eat, your biggest meal should be fairly early (between breakfast and lunch) and eat whenever you're hungry so you don't starve for a long time and then pig out later. 6 small meals/snacks is best. carry a ziploc of baby carrots and celery sticks!

I had to cut wait when wrestling. The short period of time does not really allow for a healthy way to do it. Lay off the carbs. Bread & anything with sugar in it. Lots of water then sweat it off at the end. After weigh in rehydrate like a mo-fo and eat some carbs. Good luck !!!

Key rule: NEVER skip meals; breakfast, lunch, dinner!
Cut down on sweats, fats and fried foods; but it doesn't mean you cant have them, just small portions
Don't over eat, don't eat till your stuffed, stop eating when you're feeling yourself getting full
Eat lean meat
And follow the servings on the food pyramid
