"Sin" and "the holy spirit" are concepts invented by man to give a small number of them power over others who are foolish enough to think that they exist.
Since sin does not exist, it is impossible to commit a sin. Since the holy spirit does not exist, rejection or acceptance of it are both moot actions.

By rejecting the Holy Spirit, you are rejecting all three parts of Trinity, just as they are 3, they are 1.
To commit the "unforgiveable sin", it would be required that you live a life cursing God, His Word, Christ Jesus and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. You can not just simply reject the Holy Spirit, it is not that easy; to do something like that, you must know that God exists, but you "turn your head" and look the other way...to Satan.
That is the unforgiveable sin.

Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is achieved by rejecting his voice daily. He talks, you don't listen, he talks again, you turn the other way. Every time this voice grows weaker as you get used to ignore it.
It is not that God no longer wants to save you. Its that you loose the ability to hear his voice. That's why its unforgivable. There is no way back.
So you don't need to say big blasphemies against the Holy Spirit to be unforgivable. A hidden sin, that you don't want to abandon can take you to the same state.

There are some Christians that fear that all they have to do is to commit the unforgivable sin sometime during their lifetime and are toast.
Christians who fear they may have committed 'the unforgivable sin' should be take courage from the thought that their very fear is strong evidence that they have not done so. Those who are approaching the unforgivable sin are those who no longer even think about repentance and feel no need for it.

you ought to endure in ideas who stored on putting seize inquiries to J'esus a great style of the time: the Pharisees. each so often, Herodians and Sadducees too. you notice, they did no longer have self assurance J'esus grow to be a rabbi which grow to be a identify of honor given to a instructor of the Mosaic regulation. They knew that Christ claimed the main appropriate to interpret the regulation (see Mt. 5:20-40 8) yet as he wasn't one among their sect (interior the sense of religious college or group) they'd not concede such a suitable to Him. So the identify "rabbi" given him by using the lawyer/Pharisees is insincere. Now, to respond to your question, you ought to endure in ideas that the Holy Spirit is the 0.33 Divine guy or woman of the Trinity. "finally, all sin is against G-d. Sin against the Holy Spirit is serious via fact the Holy Spirit is the guy who convicts us of sin. Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit won't be able to be forgiven. Conviction preceded repentance. without the convicting Spirit, we will not locate forgiveness. Blasphemy against the Spirit is the willful and blatant act of attributing to devil that that's clearly the paintings of the Holy Spirit. This undesirable sin happens whilst a guy or woman consciously rejects the actuality, believing devil extremely than G-d. G-d won't forgive such blatant revolt. the character of the issue is debated. Has the middle grow to be so hardened the guy won't be able to distinguish stable from evil or won't be able to repent? Or does G-d of His very own loose decision close the door to any conceivable repentance? some have tried to furnish a catalog of "unforgivable" sins, however the hot testomony would not checklist the different sins previous forgiveness. We must be careful to no longer word the doctrine interior the incorrect way. people who sense such a craving for salvation may well be helpful the Spirit keeps to paintings of their lives. the place the Spirit works, grace for forgiveness is obtainable. some human beings in desperation or anger shake a fist and whinge to G-d. they are merely repeating the movements of lots of the psalmists. they are not responsible of the unforgivable sin. The doctrine of the unforgivable sin is a warning against overconfidence and spiritual blindness, no longer a momentary wrongdoing." * and you do no longer choose a level to respond to this, you in easy terms choose a stable remark of the Gospel.

The unforgivable sin was "blasphemey against the Holy Spirit" which was attributing the works that Christ was doing to being accomplished by Satan. Now the question goes deeper - it can only occur when Christ was here in the flesh. Since he is not, then it can not be accomplished. However in my understanding of this any sin that has not been asked for is "unforgivable" and there rejecting the Holy Spirit, and until one repents and asks for the forgiveness of sins one remains so "unforgiven" and this is so "unforgivable" because He took our sins who was sinless to become sin for us that we might by His salvation become the righteousness of God.

what are you considering as the unforgivable sin??? i always thought it was suicide cuz u cant ask for forgivness after its been done. but i dont know about rejecting the holy spirit. i dont even know if you can reject it, some people choose to ignore it but im not sure, but i defnately believe you dont go to heaven if you are not saved so, "rejecting" the holy spirit could be a sin.

Rejecting the holy spirit for your whole life is what will make you cease to exist. God will only try to get you to wake up and see the truth if you allow him too. Eventually he will give up because one will reject everything god tries to let them know. if you allow the holy spirit to enter, you will try not to sin but we all slip once in a while and it will be forgiven, because even christ and to pause for a moment when he was tempted by satan

There is only one sin that I know of that cant be forgiven.
In Matthew 12, we read that Jesus healed a man of demon possession. The Pharisees, who witnessed this miracle, in essence said that Jesus was able to cast out the demon because He was the ruler of demons. Jesus' reply to them was that they blasphemed the Holy Spirit, for which they could never be forgiven.
However, if you have heard the Word of God and still do not believe, then for sure you will be denied Heaven as well.

The unforgivable sin or blaspheme against the Holy Spirit can only be done by God’s elect when they are delivered up for a testimony.
Matt.12:31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.
Mark 3:29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:
Luke 12:10 And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven.
Luke 12:11 And when they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magistrates, and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say:
Luke 12:12 For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.
Mark 13:11 But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.
Luke 21:12 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake.
Luke 21:13 And it shall turn to you for a testimony.
Luke 21:14 Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer:
Luke 21:15 For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.
The unforgivable sin will not happen because that God’s elect cannot wait for the opportunity, adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.
