Con la mia famiglia celebreremo il Natale. Le festività inizieranno la Vigilia di Natale. Per prima cosa leggeremo la storia di Gesù Cristo.Dopo tutte le persone sceglieranno un regalo già incartato.Tutte le persone si sveglieranno presto la mattina di Natale e per prima cosa controlleranno le loro calze.
Dopo apriremo tutti i regali. Per pranzo mangeremo prosciutto.

I've correcteded yr text and changed the verbs into the future mode since Xmas has not yet arrived. However yr Italian is really almost ununderstandable. If you need for a more accurate text you can send me an email (click on my profile for the address) with the text in English and I'll send you a new translation.

I agree with martox45, except you should keep it in the present tense. I'm taking Italian, too, and I understand the assignment to be writing about something that you ALWAYS do to for the holidays, which is why it's in the present tense. It's a typical language assignment and I just did something similar for Thanksgiving (in the past tense, though).

So yeah, I agree with martox45, except keep it in the present tense! :)
