Bleeding, hard cramping. The hard cramping are really labor pains. You need to go to the ER because if this really is a miscarriage you will need a D&C after words.
If you have been given a pregnancy test and know for sure this is a miscarriage and not just late, please go to the hospital.

There are also some women who have none of the signs of miscarriage. They may simply find out at a regular prenatal appointment that they have misscarried.
Why are you haqving Symptoms???
Also you dont always have to have a D&C everytime. But there is a possiblity and you should go to the ER.

Bleeding with clots indicates a miscarriage. Many women have bleeding duing pregnancy and are fine. It's best to see a doctor if you are having problems.

it sounds stupid but your lower back hurts and you lower stomach hurt really bad and your shoulders hurt like a real labor it don't matter how big the baby is, I about had a miscarriage with my daughter when I was a month pregger with her and it felt just as bad as when I went into true labor , bleeding is another sign too

i had 2 i first started having dark brown discharge then i started to have strong cramps but within the hour i was rushed to hospital beacuse i passed out passing a very large clot this may not happen to you it also depends how pregnant you are i hope you are ok

you might feel like you peed yourself and, you'll start bleeding alot. you feel like your having really bad menstal cramps

when you bleed while pregnant sometimes there is no pain.
