its just a common letter
you just have to accept it and you'll get your money later on
be patient, you are eligible

Go to the Financial Aid office of your school.
Because some schools require you to show give a copy of the class you've registered in to the fin aid office so that they oculd pay for it.

That appears to be an award letter. It probably came from either fafsa or the institution where you are intending to go to school. If you have questions you can go to the financial aid office at the school.
