Look in the booklet that comes with the car. There will be a picture of it. And Im sure after you loosen the hood, (bonnet) all you probably have to do is slightly lift it, slide your fingers toward the right and you might find it and find the release and lift the hood.

Isn't it front passenger left underneath the dash near the feet area, I've had one of those cars, I'm sure it was like that. Another thing that leaps to mind now that I'm thinking of it, front grille,behind the ford emblem, key lock, I'm sure it's one of those two.

The actual lever is most likely on the underside of the steering wheel stem. The bonnet catch will be in the normal place........

look in the owners manual or go to a ford handler and ask them to show you where it is..
man if it is that hard to find the hood relice then you should not have bought the car in the first place.....

not have been given a Mondeo ,yet on the fiesta its on the left hand edge under the glove compartment ,try there,bloody stupid place to place it in case you question me,couldnt discover mine for an prolonged time.

Could be under there if it's an earlier model (well reg'd earlier anyway) had a '98 reg and it was there too
