If you want to gain weight, you would want to eat more calories than you burn in a day. (Ex... If you excercise and you burn, say, 100 cals., then you would want to eat around 200 or more cals.) If you are severely under weight, you should definately consult a doctor!! But if you're gaining weight for some kind of sport, such as wrestling, this could be the best way to gain weight. You still want to excercise, though. If you do, then you will keep muscle which weighs more than fat.

You have to work out a lot and eat a lot at the same time.
