Yes, but the bacon strips are a lot smaller.

I know a few people who have eaten guinea pigs, but I think I speak for all of us when I say, If guinea pigs are as good as pork, why haven't I tried them yet?

NO the Guinea is closer to squirrel or rabbit.

No the meat is more similar to rabbit.
