I'm 15, 5'6" and 125 pounds.
My mom keeps saying I'm too skinny, but even if I don't try to lose weight, sometimes I do..so I guess I don't eat enough, but is that too little, or just right?

No!! When you are saying that 'YOU' decreased it then that is no longer healthful taking for your stats. You usually loss a few muscle groups and thats no longer a healthful solution to reduce weight. That is 20 lbs loss and at your developmental phases it might preclude you ultimately. You have got to have a whole bodily performed to be certain and don't conceal any main points approximately your wellness from the surgeon considering that despite the fact that you're a minor, you're blanketed by way of privateness legislation. By the best way, BMI way not anything. No 2 instances are each and every the equal.

It's fine.Just cause your mom says you're too skinny, doesn't mean you should start eating everything you see. You're young, your metabolism is still good, so don't worry about it. I would kill to be 125lbs.

well, you dont need a diet, that's for sure. It sounds good to me, but i dont know what your bone structure is, mine is a larger bone structure, so my weight may explain my bone sizing, if you have smaller bones, then that may be why you weigh less. If you continually lose weight, you may need to seek help with that. But, trust me, you dont need to lose any. ;)
