Carrots and other foods that carry lots of Vitamin A. Do not cook them in any way because it will cook out the nutrients. I don't think it will drastically improve your eyesight, if your eyes are that bad you may need glasses. Although, if you eat a lot of carrots...
Here's a list:
Spinach
Dried Apricots
Liver(Ewww)
Sweet Potatoes
Milk
Mozzerela Cheese
Cantoloupe
Egg Yolks
Mangoes
Also, don't look at the computer or TV in the dark. Turn a light on. Another thing is to wear sunglasses in the sun, especially outside in the snow. The reflection of the sun bounces of making it brighter than it really is. You may think it's winter, but you still need those shades!

Sorry no, simply get a few glasses you relatively revel in dressed in or ask approximately yet another manufacturer or style of lens that possibly extra cozy for you. The fundamental cause many men and women put on eyeglasses for distance is comfortably the form of the attention. When gentle enters, it does now not come to a cognizance at the retina and for this reason you get blurry imaginative and prescient. When you put on glasses or contacts, this new curvature of the lenses now bends gentle and makes it possible for it to cognizance wherein it demands to, supplying you with bigger imaginative and prescient. You can both simply manage glasses and contacts, or waste priceless time you're going to certainly not get again staring into the space 30-60 mins an afternoon as they are saying at the internet site. There may be yet another procedure a few use referred to as ortho-okay, that you put on a lens at the eye that may quickly difference the form of the cornea to proper imaginative and prescient, however now not a everlasting resolution most likely. That may be a questionable healing as good.

Nothing can -improve- your eyesight, all you can do is look after it to help prevent damage.
Avoid spending too long in front of tv/monitor, if you do then make sure the display isn't too bright or use a screen filter.
Wear sunglasses in bright sunlight.
Eat lots of carrots (or any food with vitamin A) to maintain your vision in dim light.
