Well, it's been quite a few years for me, but I was 18 at the time. I remember that I liked the guy and I didn't want to be a virgin anymore. Gee, two good reasons, eh? I was very disappointed afterward, and I did regret it for a while. I don't know how old you are, but you state that it has been four years and you still feel terrible. I don't want to dismiss your feelings, but it's time to let those feelings go. It's over and done with. If you cannot dismiss your feelings, speak with someone that you trust.

late thirties and im still one and will stay one till marriage. I feel sorry for anyone else that has lost it
