I read the book when TTC my second one. Although it is informative and taught me how to chart my temp and detect my fertility signs, I didn't get pregnant using such techniques in 9 months. I got pregnant using just the ovulation predictor kits. Even though I cannot attribute my success directly to the book, it did help me detect my miscarriage, sadly. I was able to tell by the declining basal temps that something was wrong after learning I've conceived.

I found it to be a very good book. Very informative and the charts were helpful. It helps make you more aware of your body and your cycle and can help you pinpoint issues that you can talk about further with your doctor.
