I'd say #3 is the correct answer. #1 is he just trying to get into your pants, not necessarily respecting you there. #2, why would you want to be around a jerk who doesn't think before he acts and makes you upset? So #3 is clearly the correct answer.

I think he obveusly likes u because if he didn't he wouldn't care if u got mad at him. Or he wouldn't care if u were sad or not.

well maybe and maybe not. because some boys just like to lead girls on and make them believe that they like you, and if he is always touching you it means he jus wants to feel you up, and if he really likes you he will ask you out. just be patient
