(In an jet-liner aircraft cabin, pressurised to the same pressure as being at 10000 feet, water boils at 87 deg celcius)

It certainly depends on the altitude.
In sea level is 100°C.
In Mexico City (moreless 2500meters above sea level ) : 97°C
