There's nothing wrong with a flirt as long as they don't take it further. My hubby is a flirt & I've been with him 14 years. It's nice to know that other people are attracted to him. Makes him all that more special to me to have. I like knowing others want my man. This question has not to do with her, but to do with you. She shouldn't have to change who she is. A lot of times people take most flirting as trying to get with whoever the person is flirting with, but it's usually just him/her being friendly. If you pay attention, you'll probably find that she's the same way around women as men. If you like this girl & want to try a relationship with her, you have to get past your jealousy. That's exactly what it comes down to. Can you be man enough to handle putting all your trust & faith into a girl that you care for? Or is the flirting & text messaging gonna keep you away from what could be pure happiness? What if this is your one chance at true love & you're going to lose it because you don't like her talking to other people? It's totally up to you whether you choose to date her, screw her, or not even bother. I just want you to realise that it's YOU that you have to look into & reevaluate what it is that you seek. If you'd rather have a shy quiet woman that isn't so social, then that's what you should try to find. Keep in mind, though, that from experience of being around women & knowing women & being one that either one is just as likely to cheat if they're going to. It has absolutely nothing to do with how social they are. If you HATE your friends flirting as much as you say you do, it's probably best that you just stay friends. Just trying to give you something to think about.

To begin with if you hate a fundamental part of her character, you might get with her and let her flirting get to you and make you feel jealous. If I were you I would save yourself the inevitable hurt and find someone less likely to flirt and stick to a nice girl who just wants to be with you. Keep this girl as just a mate :)

it all depends on whether they would stop being like that if we dated. My boyfriend used to talk and flirt all the time with girls. but when we started talking about dating and then actually dated he calmed down. It's not fun to have a bf/gf that is a constant flirt even in front of you. If she doesn't know you like her, you should tell her too. that might help.
