uhhh how many pounds is in 32 kg? well.. you're probably not fat.

don't sweat. 10 year olds shouldn't go on "diets", but it's good that you care about watching what you eat. to ensure a healthy diet (and weight) just try to eat wheat bread instead of white bread, eat fruits and vegetables, and remember to drink your milk (helps you get and maintain a good, slim weight and you need it for bone growth), skim or reduced fat if possible. bring your lunch instead of buying it from the school... cafeteria food isn't too good for you.

don't get too obsessed about it, though. just don't eat tons of junk every single day.

You weight like 70 pounds and you think that's fat? BWAHAHA.

Get off the computer, get rid of those fashion magazines that have brainwashed you to the point of stupidity, and read a book from school or something. You're too young to be worrying about those petty issues anyway.

Honey, you are way too young to worry about your weight but I have been there so I understand. I wish I could go back and give myself the same advice. Just be active, eat sensibly and cut the junk food. Limit the fast food. You are beautiful!
