No, this would not be good. Some microwaves would help you thaw it quickly.

Yes you probably can but not recommended. You also have to get the plastic sacks full of the giblets out before cooking. The turkey will cook unevenly and the outside would dry out beforre the inside ever got done. You would need a meat thermometer to determine if the inside was done and probably have to keep basting and roast at a lower temperature for longer too. Just not worth the effort and possibly ruin a good bird. Thaw it out first!

In theory, yes. But you would need to make sure the inside of the turkey meat (at it's thickest part) reaches a safe temperature.

However, I would think that the bird would be dry because the outside would cook faster than the inside.

And then there is the issue of all those parts they stuff inside the turkey in those plastic sacs. If you could manage to get those out with the bird still frozen, then you could probably do anything. LOL
