I've been in a relationship like this and unfortunately there really isn't anything you can do but move on as hard as that may be. If you have done nothing to make him think this he obviously has some serious trust issues. And I believe no matter how many times you tell him you're not he won't believe it. In the end if you don't have trust in a relationship you have nothing!
