I'm 16 and have recently been diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome. Does this count as a disability that I should put on my CV?

I wouldn't consider it a disability per sae. There are some aspects of this condition that may pose a challenge in school and the jobs market, such as:
marked deficiencies in social skills
difficulties with transitions or changes and prefer sameness
overly sensitive to sounds, tastes, smells, and sights, the person with AS may prefer soft clothing, certain foods, and be bothered by sounds or lights no one else seems to hear or see.

It all depends on what you want to do career wise and the severity of your condition as to what challenges you may face. I think as far as putting it on your CV I'd leave that out because your CV is about your work and education history. Medical Conditions can be addressed on a case by case, or rather, job by job basis. Federal Law prohibits discrimination with regards to medical conditions and as long as certain compensations can be made by a potential employer, I don't think you'll need to worry. A good employer will hire you based on your knowledge and expertise and will work around the AS.

So to answer your question: Do not include in your CV.
