Well this always works for me... "I went to a seafood buffet and I must of eaten some bad seafood and I've been up all night vomiting." OR If you are a woman then tell your boss that you went out with some friends this weekend and someone must have slipped something in your drink and you don't remember what happened and you are really shaken up about the situation and you need to see a doctor. (That one will get you like 4or5 days off)
