You can not ask for a list of passengers (it's confidential).
But you can contact the airlines as to confirm your father's booking.
Therefore, it is best to contact the Ethiopian Airlines office in Lagos.
Honestly, making a phone call would be best, as sometimes a passengers name is filled out in a different way. Plus, you will be able to explain the problem when talking to them.
But you can give it a try by email or fax.
Tell them that you want to re-confirm your dad's flight and ask for the flight's details. Give them your dad's full name and date of flight from Lagos to Mumbai.

As there are only two flights on Tuesday, it should not be too hard to figure out what flight your dad is supporsed to be on.

Call ethiopian airlines.
Ask if they will please pull up your dad's reservation by last name, flight number, and date of travel (see last answer for flight number).
They can tell you if the reservation has been ticketed or not. Or maybe they will tell you that no reservation has been made under that name, and then you go from there.

You cannot do this. All airlines in all countries keep their passenger lists/manifests secret. This is for privacy and for security reasons. If your father cannot tell you his flight info, you will need a court order or other legal action to get this info.

The passenger name list is private information. You will have to get that information from him or he will have to get that from the airline himself. Whoever made the reservations should give him that information, because if he doesn't have a confirmation code he might not be able to find his reservation.

consult a local travel agency or call Ethiopian airlines in your city... you would get your answer...
