Fill out a change of address form at the post office so your mail can be forwarded to your new address for the next year. Also, notify either by mail or a phone call your employer, credit card companies, your car insurance carrier, the cable company, electric company, your bank, magazine subscriptions if you get any, your doctor, pharmacy, etc. They will all want to know your current addresss.

You change them by moving.
I think what you mean is (1) drivers license - go to your DMV in your new town, (2) mailing address - go to the post office and tell them you need a change of address form, (3) everyone you do business with - you'll need to contact them and tell them you have a new address.
