I put on about 20 lbs while recovering from a car accident 2 years ago and well, I've been trying to get my washboard abs back but to no avail. I actually seem to be slowly but steadily gaining more weight! I'm still underweight for my height, but I don't like where things are headed. I've heard the advertisements for Zantrax and my curiosity has been sparked. Has anyone out there tried it, and did it work? Does anyone know of any such similar products that do work? Thanks~

Sincerely,
desperately trying to get into my 30/32 pants again...

Zantrax has 6 different caffeines in it. Thats how it gets u moving. In turn, u build up your metabolism and burn fat off. None of that stuff is FDA approved. I would talk to a nutritionalist before starting any weight loss medicine.

you might have to go on a juice fast for a couple days before you have to weigh in. If this dose not get you down far enough maybe you should consider fighting in a different weight class. also cut back on muscle building work outs and do more cardio. Most weight loss pills are considered performance enhancing. So be very careful!!

I have not heard of that but the only way to lose weight that I know works is to eat healthy and exercise. You should be adding strength training and cardio, slowly. Don't start a new exercise or eating program without talking to your doctor first. I have recently lost over 100 lbs and one website I found really useful was www.sparkpeople.com, it is completely free and offers a food tracker and online support. There are many quick fixes but the only way I know that will provide lasting results is changing your lifestyle and eating properly.

I suspect you lost muscle mass, and that's why your body doesnt' burn fat as well any more. You will find that any expert trainer will make you do weight training along with calorie burning exercise and eating less fattening foods. The weight training can be the best thing for losing fat.
