gossips, however the biggest threat is the corruption that took place in Nicea 325 A.D. at the Assembly. Go back before 4th century and what you have is a totality different christianity with a vastly different objective. That is it's biggest threat, that it is counterfiet.

Nothing today is a "threat" to the Christian lifestyle. Do you see deranged people with guns threatening to kill all the Christians? Stop acting so defensive and get over yourself.

First of all, one would have to define the Christian way of life. I see this way of life evidenced in various ways that do not necessarily mirror one and other. In short, the vast difference between "do as I say" and what is "actually done."
Give me a definition first, then I will provide you an answer.

gossips and gays don't threaten Christianity. what threatens Christianity is education and science. tho Christianity and Islam increase their numbers in under educated 3rd world countries the number of religious zealots in educated and well fed countries decrease.
in America Fundy Christians threaten their own existence by aggressively pushing their "moral" agenda on a diverse and secular country thereby risking a backlash.

Evangelicals. They have the same radical idea of faith that they persecute other religions for. They wish to impose their ideals upon free people. This is not new and other groups around the world practice this also, but they do it covertly. They also use politics to advance their agenda and then deny that they have used any influence at all. Their leaders place themselves on high perches of moral values and acquire mass followings, but yet when they cannot live to these expectations they have heaped upon themselves, they quickly take advantage of people's kindness to excuse their actions.
