you can't plea bargain those.
You can present all the evidence you have to the judge and he might alter the ticket though

If you go to court, you might be able to get the prosecutor to change it to unsafe driving. You pay the fine but don't get any points, and your insurance company never finds out. There is a limit to how often you can use it (once every 3 years I think). When I had an accident in West Windsor, the cop gave me a ticket for careless driving and checked off that I had to appear in court. When I went to court, the prosecutor came up to me, asked to change it to unsafe driving, I said yes, the judge accepted, and I paid the fine.

There's no bargaining on traffic tickets, it's just guilty or not guilty.
