I have battled Anorexia for 12 years and with that Bulimia too, and that is what it sounds like that you have. What most people do not understand is that an eating disorder is more a thought process than it is a diet or about weight loss. The weight loss is just the physical signs of a problem. You are doing so much damage to your body and it is not normal. I had a friend who died very quickly from Bulimia and she really was not that bad about it, her heart exploded and it was over with quickly. Get help before you do irreversible damage.

Wow! I understand that this feels good to you, but take a few minutes to think about what you wrote. That is a very serious medical condition... Tell someone you care about and seek help. There are many ways to feel pure and clean without throwing up. For Example: Eating healthy foods like vegetables, fresh meats and fruits. Drinking water. Eliminating toxins from your body by working out and going for a swim or a brisk walk. Enjoy your life by doing the right thing for yourself! Seek help.

you are not going to like my answer. you need to Seek medical attention.... You display sings of bulimia ... it is harder on the whole body then you may be aware of. you body needs food just eat healthy and for heaven sakes keep it down... You will have alsures threw out the esophagus lining and even more keep it up and it can kill you ... your have beguine tricking your self to think you feel better soon you will have no control and your body will do this all on it's own feeling like food is forin then anorexia will fallow and health will diminish no matter what you will never be satisfied with you looks and want to be smaller then a long hospital stay is soon to fallow on top of counseling .. I know you will not heed my warning I suffer with this for a long time and I would Rather eat then die...... So I urge you to get help now before it is to late...

Its not normal. I hate going to the doctor. I dont have an eating disorder, but hospitals freak me out. I think you should ask youself why you like making yourself sick and hurting you heart. Its not good for anyone to do that and you shouldnt like the feeling of it. Try subsituiting the bad habit with a good habit. When ever you feel like throwing up just go listen to music or take a walk.

I know exactly how you feel. I used to do this in high school! STOP right now before you do damage to your body. I have been working out and eating healthy and LOVE the way i feel! Excersise is addicting. You can get that same pure/clean rush feeling in a good way!

you should find a counselor to talk with...no one should binge and purge...and even if your not doing the binging part the purging is not good...please ask for help in your town. good luck and stay well friend=)
